Repair Service
Our electronics repair facility is specifically designed for the repair of industrial electronics. Our process is controlled and documented from the moment of arrival until the unit is shipped back. The repair team consists of electronics engineers and technicians who perform troubleshooting and repairs at the circuit level, as well as automation engineers who test the repaired units.
Our testing system
We have testing systems in place for PLCs and user interfaces., for motion control, CNC control, and robotics.
The testing systems are built by equipment manufacturers such as Siemens,
Omron, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, GE-Fanuc, and Schneider
for testing the manufactured components.
Equipment at our electronics repair shop :
- Ultrasonic cleaning for circuit boards
- Soldering stations for surface-mount joints
- Circuit-level scanners for troubleshooting
- Overheating monitoring devices
- Testing station for servo and variable-frequency drives
- Tools for aligning servo motor sensors
- High-frequency pulse measurement station for condition assessment of motor windings
