Scheduled Repair
Routine scheduled repairs are handled on a FIFO basis. An estimated repair time is confirmed to the customer when the repair order is placed.
Exchange Repair
We often receive devices for repair that we also stock in our own inventory. If the timeframe is tight and the customer's device is repairable, we can offer an exchange repair option. The credit issued to the customer for the defective device is based on the device's condition.
Quick Fix
Devices submitted for express repair are processed immediately. Typically, a two-hour assessment allows us to determine what can be done to the unit and whether the necessary components for the repair are in stock. Often, express repairs can be completed on the same day, allowing the control system to remain in use.
